Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Omnisafe is committed to conducting its business fairly, honestly, and ethically. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Australian Criminal Code Act 1995. Bribery is the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an individual or entity in a position of trust. Corruption is the abuse of entrusted power for private gain.

Prohibited Conduct

Bribes & Undue Advantages

Offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting bribes or other undue advantages, whether directly or indirectly.

Facilitation Payments

Making facilitation payments to expedite or secure the performance of a routine governmental action is strictly prohibited.

Forms of Corruption

Engaging in any form of corruption, including extortion, fraud, and embezzlement.

Policy Framework & Compliance

Compliance with Laws

Omnisafe will comply with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the Australian Criminal Code Act 1995.

Due Diligence

We will conduct due diligence on all third parties, including suppliers, contractors, and business partners, to ensure they comply with our anti-bribery and corruption standards.

Training and Awareness

We will provide training to all employees on anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures, including how to recognize and report potential violations.

Reporting and Whistleblowing

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption to their manager, supervisor, or the Whistleblower Protection Officer. Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Omnisafe may also report violations to the relevant authorities.

Review and Update

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
