Anti-Slavery Policy

Omnisafe is committed to preventing slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in all its forms in our business operations and supply chains. We will not tolerate any form of slavery or human trafficking and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other business partners of Omnisafe.

Policy Framework & Compliance

Compliance with Laws

Omnisafe will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to slavery and human trafficking, including the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.

Risk Assessment

We will conduct risk assessments to identify and assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

Due Diligence

We will take steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains, including conducting due diligence on suppliers and subcontractors.

Training & Education

We will provide training to our employees and management on slavery and human trafficking, including how to identify and report any concerns.

Reporting and Whistleblowing

We encourage all employees, contractors, and suppliers to report any concerns about slavery or human trafficking in our business operations or supply chains. We will investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action.

Communication and Awareness

We will communicate our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Review and Update

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
